When you try to reset the password in the career site, the text below is in white color, and can't be seen unless your highlight it:

"Career Opportunities: Password Help

If an account matches the information you entered, then you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive an email then no matching account was found for the information you provided. Please create a new account."

The same behavior can also happen for the text "Career Opportunities: Create Account" on the One-Time-Password page that appears while creating a candidate profile.

1. Go to the external career site
2. Click on View Profile
3. Click on Forgot Password
4. Insert your email address, click on Submit
5. Land on the page with this message

This is caused by a configuration in Manage Career Site Builder in Admin Center for the 'Content Header' in Manage Career Site Builder > Global > Styles > Main Brand. When you don't have the Microsite ID in Brand Management in Manage Career Site Builder configured, the configuration of the website is taken from the Global Styles configuration in CSB.

In case you don't have the Microsite ID configured in Brand Management in Manage Career Site Builder, the solution for this is to update the Content Header color in Global Styles > Main Brand.

1. Go to Manage Career Site Builder in Admin Center
2. Go to Global > Styles
   
3. In Styles, select the Global Style you're using. If you're not using any Microsite ID configuration in Brand Management in Manage Career Site Builder, it will be configured by 'Main brand'.
   
4. As in the example above, the text will now be set as yellow:
   

***Please, note, that updating the Content Header will update all the content headers in the career site. Look at the example below of the Content Header configured with the yellow color, as shown above, for the 'Search results for "".' message when you search for a job***
