2763384 - Application error when trying to update Leave of Absence

You are trying to update a LOA record for one employee but when you save it you are receiving an application error with the following fingerprint: 78bf3cce96e932f09f8db2c4879f7e451c3bfbb6

This error happens to only a few employees.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - All Versions

1. Select an employee;
2. Go to Manage Time Off;
3. Try to update the Leave of Absence (LOA);
4. The application error is triggered;

Business rules triggered in job information has effective date the time slice record of the job information of the employee.

When you save an LOA record it also triggers the onSave rules in job information, the rules must be able to reach a job information record being updated.

Please make sure that you don't have any business rule attached to the job information session in which the effective date is after the LOA effective date of the employee.
