Information on what to expect of the Document Reject Notification emails, triggered within the E-mail Notification Templates Settings page.

Email trigger point: "Document reject notification will be sent to a user when a form instance is rejected in the Signature stage."

Useful information on this email notification, for Recruiting users:

• Emails configured under the E-mail Notification Template Settings page do not belong to Recruiting. They are used by the entire BizX platform and may work differently (or not work at all) in some specific modules.
• The subjected email is designed to be sent to a user when a form instance is rejected in the Signature stage.
• As of now, Signature steps are not formally supported in Recruiting Management. This means even if they seem to function, they should not be used and most of the parallel functionalities that could be tied to form signature steps tend not to work too.
• Based on the aforementioned bullets, the Document Reject Notification emails will not work with Recruiting forms. If you would like to have this changed, you can always suggest product enhancement to our Development teams.
