Symptom

  • Sign into Data Services Designer account successfully, but signing into repository will fail with error.
  • Error "OCI Call <OCISessionBegin> for connection <(DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = <>)(HOST =<>)(PORT = <>))) 
            (CONNECT_DATA = (SID = <>)))> failed: <*****>. 
  • Error " BODI-11121172"
  • Repository connections exist in Repository Manager and CMS datastore connection.
