2763493 - Employee Responsible are Missing in the Report "Account Responsibility Data"

You have defined Employee Work Distribution to determine Employee Responsible for Sales but the Employee Responsible is missing in the report "Account Responsibility Data"

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center
2. Select Design Reports view
3. Open the Report BPCSRSPB_Q0001
4. Filter for a particular Account and add Employee field

To verify whether Employee Responsible in Account

1. Go to Account Management work center
2. Open the Account
3. Go to Contact tab and Responsibilities sub tab

To maintain Employee Work Distribution Rule

1. Go to Application and User Management work center
2. Employee Work Distribution view
3. Scroll down and mark the line Employee Responsible for Sales
4. In the detailed table underneath, where the rule is defined based on available parameters

The report shows only the direct responsible employees. Any indirectly responsible employees (those determined via the work distribution) are not shown.
