What happened?
  User "XXX" in client XYZ attempted to execute function module
  "/SDF/SCMON_RC_ITERATOR_CREATE" from
  function group "/SDF/SCMON_API_REMOTE", but does not have the relevant RFC
  authorization.
  Error in the ABAP Application Program

  The current ABAP program "/SDF/SAPLSCMON_API_REMOTE" had to be terminated
  because it has
  come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

What can you do?
  User "XXX" in client XYZ does not have RFC authorization for function
  module "/SDF/SCMON_RC_ITERATOR_CREATE" of function group
  "/SDF/SCMON_API_REMOTE".

  Contact your system administrator and request RFC authorization for the
  required function modules or function groups (including
  "/SDF/SCMON_RC_ITERATOR_CREATE" or "/SDF/SCMON_API_REMOTE").
  The RFC authorization object is S_RFC.
  Note which actions and entries caused the error to occur.
