2763856 - Candidate DPCS Acceptance - Recruiting Management

After the update of a Data Privacy Consent Statement the candidate must re-accept the DPCS on login to their candidate profile.

"Save & Publish" was clicked after editing the Data Privacy Consent Statement which would require all employees to review the updated statement.

To save your changes without requiring all employees to accept the updated statement, click "Save As Draft". But this also means the new statement version isn't actually in place for new or existing candidates. It will be active only after clicking "Save & Publish" and, for compliance reasons, there is no way to do so without requiring the affected candidates to accept the new statement version before being able to either update their candidate profiles or apply to new jobs.
