Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Sales Document with header text
  2. Sales Document header text appears on Billing or Delivery line item level 

Cause

This is a standard system behavior in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Resolution

As a standard behavior, text is copied from the Sales Document header level to the Billing Document item level.
