2763996 - Job Posting is displaying incorrect Country in the RMK site - Recruiting Marketing

The incorrect country is displayed in the job posting on RMK website.

1. In the instance, open the job requisition and check the Country selected.
2. Go to RMK website, search for this job requisition.
3. You will see a different country from the one selected in RCM. e.g.: Germany was selected in RCM, but you can see Georgia in RMK site.

This happens because the RCM Country field is sending the label instead of the two-letter code to RMK.

Depending on the field you're using, the system is sending the label of the Country, instead of the two-letter code. If you have "Germany" selected in the Country filter field, the RCM will send "Ge" instead of "DE" to RMK.

Usually, this happens are using a filter field or to map the Country value from RCM to RMK. This can also happen if you are using a custom picklist field where the values are not matching the standard values from ISO 3166.

We don't recommend to use a RCM Country filter field to map to RMK as this field will always send the label instead of the Country two-letter code.

For picklist fields, please make sure the values are matching the standard ISO 3166 — Codes for the representation of names of countries and their subdivisions.

We also recommend the use of Multi-Location feature as it uses the Foundation Location Object.
