2763999 - How to capture the enqueue log and analyze it with enqueue log analyzer

Symptom

In SM50 or SM66, the work processes are busy with ENQ operations e.g. program SAPLSENA. Then we need to capture the enqueue log to understand the situation. The enqueue log analyzer is the tool to analyze the enqueue log which supports the log format of both ENSA (SAP Note 2126913) and ENSA2. The enqueue log files need to be obtained from the SAP system and are protected by OS or SAP system, and only legit users can access them. No further authentication is carried out at the enqueue log analyzer side.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
