2764009 - How to Work With Duplicate Checks in the Responsive UI


You are not able to find the checkbox as used in HTML for Duplicate Checks.

Reproducing the Issue

We are going to use a Lead for example, Make sure you are on Responsive UI.

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Click on Leads.
  3. Click on New.
  4. Fill the Mandatory Fields.
  5. Click on Save and Open.
  6. Click on Edit.
  7. Change the Lead Status from Open to Qualified.
  8. Save it.
  9. Click on Actions and Associate to Account and Contact.
  10. Result You should be able to see the duplicate entries, however, you cannot find the checkbox as in HTML.


You need to click on the Accept column if you want to use the duplicate entries provided by Cloud for Customer.



If you would like to see this behaviour changed in the system, you have two options below.

  1. You would like your company or an SAP Partner to implement the feature/functionality into your environment, e.g. by using the SAP Cloud Application Studio for custom coding
  2. You would like to wait for SAP to potentially add this feature / functionality into the Standard Product.

  • DESIRABILITY: How many customers voted for this? How many customers will benefit from it?
