How does Talent Pool "Archive" action works.

SAP SuccessFactor Recruiting Management

Step 1: Go to Recruiting > Candidates > Talent Pool

Step 2: Select any active Talent Pool > Actions > Archive

Result: Selected Talent Pool will be removed to the Talen Pool List.

As part of the B1808 enhancement, archive action was included to Talent Pool which is used by the recruiter to remove the Talent Pools that are no longer needed and can only manages the ones that needs to work with easily.

The system is designed that if the recruiter chooses to archive the talent pool the system changes the status to "Inactive" and it is expected that the Talent Pool will not be available anymore to the following sources:

1. Talent Pool landing page
2. Candidate Search Talent Pool Filter Criteria
3. Add to Talent Pool popup
4. Candidate Profile talent pool portlet

Please note that Talent Pools can be archived only by the user who created the Talent Pool. If your business requirements are to be able to change the owner of Talent Pools, please vote for this existing idea: Request ID 244315
