2764152 - Error "Number of email recipients must not exceed 1 for sender country &&"

When clicking the button "Send Output" for an output item in billing documents, an error "Number of email recipients must not exceed 1 for sender country &&" appears.

1. Display Billing Document/Manage Billing Documents app.
2. Navigate through your Biling document Output Requests.
3. Output item 'In preparation' cannot be send due to the error: "Number of email recipients must not exceed 1 for sender country &&"

Some countries have a legal requirement that there must only be one original document. Hence, the number of email recipients is restricted to one by output management framework. Otherwise it cannot be ensured that there is only one original document. Countries which currently have this limitation of Recipients to comply with legal requirements are:

BW - Botswana
CH - Switzerland
GH - Ghana
HU - Hungary
KE - Kenya
MW - Malawi
MZ - Mozambique
NA - Namibia
NG - Nigeria
PT - Portugal
TZ - Tanzania
UG - Uganda
ZA - South Africa
ZM - Zambia
ZW - Zimbabwe

To solve the issue, all other recipients need to be removed on the output item. Then the email can be sent out. Afterwards a duplicate can be created (this will add a watermark to the PDF) and send to the other email recipients.
