Symptom

  1. A sales document is credit blocked (VBUK-CMGST = B).

  2. It is necessary to release the credit block in transaction VKM1 (List 'Blocked SD documents'), but the system does not display the blocked document.

  3. The 'Overall Processing Status' of the sales document is blank (VBUK-GBSTK = ' ').
