2764383 - Compensation Plan Activity Audit report shows not data - Compensation and Variable Pay

• Compensation Audit Report is blank when it is exported from the UI
• Compensation Audit Report shows no data even after changes have been made in the worksheets

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

1. Go to Compensation/Variable Pay Plan
2. Manage Worksheets
3. Export the Compensation/Variable Pay Plan Activity Audit
4. Export is blank. There is no data populating in the report

• The Audit has not had enough time to populate

• In many cases the Compensation Audit can take up to 48 hours to populate changed data. This means if you make a change today then the change will show in the report in up to two days time.
• In some cases it can take up to 72 hours to populate. In cases where this time frame is exceeded please contact Customer Support for us to verify there are no issues with the feature.
