2764541 - TIME OFF – Team Absence Calendar view in past more than one year

In 2019, employee can’t view team leave past 2018. Employee wants to view all past team absences in Team Absence Calendar, e.g. leaves in 2017, 2016 and so on.

Successfactors - Employee Central Time Off

Step 1: Go to TIME OFF > Show Team Absences > Peers > Click on Date > Click on Years

Step 2: All greyed out from 2017 and years before that.

It's a current system limitation.

It is an expected behavior. Currently it is not feasible to view Team Absence Calendar for the years in the past & future for more than one year. For example, if the current year is 2019, the employee cannot view leaves from 2017 or before that, similarly cannot view absence in the future from 2021 or after that.
