Symptom

When executing an archival job using IQ as ILM database, one could get error

[IQ Error SQL-1003007:HY000][Sybase IQ] Large Objects Management functionality is not licensed on this server. --
(dblib/db_catalog.cxx 7308)500 Generating data table Z.....2301 for connection SAPIQDB_* failed 500 System cannot
determine a table for DATA because of an exception500 Runtime error in method IF_ILM_STOR_FACADE_DATA~INSERT 500 Problem
occurred while inserting data via facade
