2764573 - Approval preview is not loaded in UI5 Shopping Carts

Symptom

  • The user tries to display the approval preview from the UI5 shopping cart overview screen but the loading icon keeps spinning, the data is not loaded.

  • If the user tries to display the agents from the item details, the approval preview is not loaded and the message "no data" is displayed. 

  • The runtime Error OBJECTS_NOT_CHAR in CONVERSION_EXIT_TIMLO_OUTPUT for json format requests is thrown.
