2764963 - SQL Central crashes when connecting to CMS database

Symptom

When using ODBC_DATA Source, SQL Central crashes and closes itself.
As result, a Java dump file is generated and it reports ExceptionCode: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION, reading address 0xffffffffffffffff
