2765052 - How to add an image to a recruiting email template

Symptom

***Archive Reason: Duplicate of KBA 2645518***

Unable to paste an image directly into the body of the email template

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

You need to host the image in an SFTP folder first, and obtain the image URL before adding it to an email template

Resolution

  1. Create a ticket with Customer Support to host the image and obtain the URL
  2. Admin Centre - Manage Recruiting Email Templates - Create New Template
  3. Click 'Image' and enter the URL - then save the template
