2765131 - Getting Started with Custom Code Analytics based on SAP Solution Manager

Custom Code Analytics (CCA) is a SAP for Me application. It uses aggregated Custom Code Management (CCM) data from your SAP Solution Manager. The application gives an overview about the custom code footprint of you ABAP systems and provides insights about code quality and usage. This KBA explains the prerequisites, how to setup the data transfer from SAP Solution Manager to the SAP for Me and how to access the application.

Minimum release:

• SAP Solution Manager 7.20 SP07
• Integration to Custom Code Management Setup with SAP Solution Manager 7.20 SP08

CCM Setup:

• In SAP Solution Manager Configuration, Custom Code Management must be setup for your managed system for which you want to transfer data.
  Note: The CCA data collector can only be activated for production systems (IT Admin Role = Production System).

Support Hub Configuration:

• To be able to send data between SAP Solution Manager and the SAP Support Portal the configuration of the Support Hub Communication channels was performed (“Step 3.2 Support Hub Connectivity” in “System Preparation” scenario)
