Trial balance does not show opening balance in transaction currency

1. In App Manage G/L Account Master Data (App ID F0731A), for  G/L Account COMPANY CODE DATA section, Only Balance in Local Currency = No
2. In App Trial Balance (App ID enter F0996A) Enter values on Prompts screen, click on Ok
3. Select Measures
4. Select Starting Balance in Transaction Currency, Add Measure to Display 
   
   
   
   
   
5. The opening balance in transaction currency is displayed as zero even though the Ending balance in transaction currency in prior fiscal year is not zero.

Incorrect measurement is used in app Trial Balance

The Account did not define carry forward for local currency only, therefore, the local currency is not used instead of the balancing transaction currency. For this account the transaction currency is different. The app Carry Forward Balances (App ID F1596) does not carry forward the transaction currency (technical field name RWCUR), but carry forward the balancing transaction currency (tecnical Field Name RTCUR).

Use measurments with regard to Balancing Currency e.g  Starting Balance in Balance Currency and Ending Balance in Balance Currency

In the G/L Account Master data app where G/L account is set Only Balance in Local Currency = Yes the local currency is used also for transaction currency in the balance.
