2765226 - E-mail Integration With A Single Sign-On Scenario

Symptom

You would like to activate SSO into e-mail integration setup. However, you are concerned if you activate it, the users will still been able to login without SSO and use the integration.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Cause

Server-side integration uses Oauth for authentication to C4C Odata API, so enabling\disabling SSO for user's login into C4C should not affect the work of server-side integration.

Resolution

You should enable "Tenant uses Single Sign-On" in the steps bellow to support direct SSO-links, when opening items from the add-in or from Contacts in Outlook.

  1. Go to the Groupware Settings work center.
  2. Go to the Settings.
