• For jobInfo HRIS Element the below is the Best-Practice 
• When you use the same custom-field on two countries, the field must be maintained with the same configuration on both of them.Only the Label can be different.
• If this is a Picklist field, same picklist needs to be maintained on the fields on both the CSF elements.So, two separate fields need to be used if you would want to use two separate picklists in different countries.
• However, you can make the field as a child picklist field of country-of-company and then use the parentOptionId column in picklist to show only values for the IND or USA countries.
