2765567 - How to check if a user has an enrollment for a benefit through a business rule?

Symptom

Is it possible to configure a business rule for checking if a user has an enrollment for a benefit? It may be useful in scenarioes where a user should not be eligible for a benefit if he/she has an enrollment for another benefit and it can be used as an eligibility rule or contribution rule for Pensions.

Resolution

In the following screenshot, the rule is checking if teh user has an enrollment for benefit 'TestAllowance'. Similar way, multiple benefits can be checked with OR connectivity in the condition.
