2765845 - Cannot Change System Connector when assigning Mitigation for a user

As the final approver, after running the risk analysis, when clicking 'Mitigate Risk' we have found that we are not able to set a connector for the entry under the 'System' column. Instead, there is a grayed out field with an asterisk. Not being able to set a system, this causes an error and are therefore unable to successfully assign mitigation. Additionally, when attempting to manually assign a mitigation to a user, the System field is initially set to * 'All Systems', but is able to be removed and a new system replaced.
