2765880 - Application Error Occurs When Submitting a Leave of Absence or When Actual Return Date is Entered in Leave of Absence

When applying for a Leave of Absence or when the Actual Return Date is entered, then application error occurs for some users.

Employee Central - Time-Off

1. Apply Leave of Absence through Manage Leave of Absence or Administer Time or enter Actual Return Date to complete the user's Leave of Absence
2. Application error occurs in either scenario

The error is caused during follow up processing in position object. The system is unable to save the position object.

The error will occur in the following scenarios:

• Mandatory fields in the position object are not populated
• The user performing the leave of absence does not have sufficient permission to edit the position object
