2765911 - When create quantity contract with reference to another quantity contract, sales quantity in source quantity contract is considered

Symptom

You set up quantity contract to quantity contract copy control and you are able to create quantity contract with reference to another quantity contract. If one quantity contract has been referenced and has follow-up sales order created, you notice that the target quantity calculation in target quantity contract is considering sales quantity in source quantity contract. You expectation is that copy all the target quantity from source quantity contract into target quantity contract.
