2766064 - Closed indicator PR can not be released via ME55 (EBAN-EBAKZ) but can be via ME54n

Symptom

  • A Purchase Requisition (PR) pending release is completely absent from the ME55 (Collective Release) list; no error message is raised and the PR does not appear even when release strategy, release group, and release code selection criteria match.
  • The same PR is visible and can be released in ME54N (individual release).
  • Other PRs in the same release group and release code appear normally in ME55.
  • The issue affects PRs where field EBAN-EBAKZ (closed / externally created indicator) is set.
  • ME54N is the only standard workaround; no configuration change resolves the absence in ME55.
