Symptom

During onboarding or synching the device to the backend (or SMP 3.0 or CPms) to retrieve the new upgraded Agentry data (definition or a new version of Work Manager or Inventory Manager or others), users are getting the following errors:
'User is already logged in on another device'
or
'No Business Logic' - What could be the root cause why this happens?
- Users are not connected to the SMP 3.0 cockpit - why is that?
