Symptom
- How to report on matched results of the Open Enrollment SAP SuccessFactors Mentoring program
- As of b1902 (Q1 2019), it's no longer possible to see the Matched Users if they exceed 1000 matched pairs. How to report on this data?
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Resolution
- Go to Report Center > click "New" > select "Report - Table" > click "Select".
- Select "Single Domain" > select "Mentoring Program" as the domain > click "Select".
- In the "Data Sets" tab, select the Mentoring Program template(s) you want to report on.
- Under "Columns", you can select some columns from the "Mentoring Program" section and then the desired columns from "Matching Result".
- Give a name to the report on "General Info" > Save it > then Generate the report.
