2766580 - Restoring the workspace content in Web IDE Full-Stack after disabling the Web IDE service

Symptom

The administrator of the NEO subbacount, where the Web IDE Full-Stack is running, has disabled the Web IDE Full-Stack service. After enabling the service again, the workspaces of the developers are empty. The workspace content needs to be restored.
