2766833 - Application Not Being Moved to a Disqualification Status - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Candidate deletes his Candidate Profile, however the Application was not moved to a disqualification status which should be the expected behavior.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Find the Candidate Profile which has been deleted to make sure the profile was indeed excluded.
  2. Go to the Job Requisition that the candidate has applied before.
  3. Check if the Application was moved to a disqualification status.

Cause

A possible cause will be if the system has multi-stage enabled, when an Application has a required field that was not filled by the candidate or any operator, the Application will not be moved to the next status since these required fields are missing and the application will be stuck until the information is provided. The system will not be able to move the application to a disqualification status if the candidate deletes his candidate profile and there are missing required fields in the Application.

Resolution

As of the 2311 Release these applications can now be anonymized using the feature Anonymize Disqualified Applications for Anonymized Candidates.
