2766847 - Record Learning for a HTML, Link, or Text activity within a Program

Admin would like to manually record learning (mark as completed) for HTML/Link/Text activities within a Program for users.

Reproducing the Issue

Within a Program the Admin has created HTML, Link, or Text activities and flagged them as Required.

There is no method to mark the HTML/Link/Text item as complete on behalf of the user.

As per Product Management team, it's currently not possible for an Admin to mark a those types of activites in a Program as complete for a user. It needs to be done by user, in the user side.

Please review KBA 2090228 and raise an Enhancement Request for this feature so it can be reviewed.

As mentioned in our User Assistance guide Adding Items to Learning Program Agenda "The system can’t know if users comprehend what they read, but it can know if users clicked to view the content. To test understanding of required links, text and HTML, consider adding an Exam Object." Another option would be including the content of the activities within a regular item, if necessary.
