2766847 - Record completion for a HTML, Link, or Text activity within a Program

Can Learning Admins manually record completions for HTML/Link/Text activities within a Program for users?

As per Product Management team, currently it's not possible to manually mark those types of program activities as complete for users. This means the users themselves need to complete such activities, from the user side.

As per Adding Items to Learning Program Agenda:

• "The system can’t know if users comprehend what they read, but it can know if users clicked to view the content. To test understanding of required links, text and HTML, consider adding an Exam Object."
• Another option would be including the content of the activities within a regular item, if necessary.

Alternatively, to suggest a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
