2766878 - Function module DB02_GET_MAIN_SCREEN_DB2 returns NO_DATA exception

Symptom

Function module DB02_GET_MAIN_SCREEN_DB2 can be called from transaction code SE37 or as an embedded call within a 3rd party application.  You notice it no longer returns data and reports a NO_DATA exception.
