2766937 - Unable to view MATMAS idocs ( Product Master Data ) in the App 'Message Dashboard'

Symptom

MATMAS idoc is visible in CPI but does not display on S4 Hana Cloud in the message dashboard screen.
MATMAS01 idoc is being sent to S4 Hana Cloud via Cloud platform integration but not reflected in message dashboard app

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Material Master / Product Master

Cause

Message Type MATMAS01 is not supported.

Resolution

We support only MATMAS05 in the message dashboard for Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0009

We recommend to MATMAS05 (latest version of MATMAS) instead of MATMAS01.
