1. In SuccessFactors instance, go to Admin Center
2. Select Manage Recruiting
3. Click on Manage Email Campaign Content Templates
4. Insert the Content Template Name
5. Insert the Content
6. Click in Save

After performing the above steps you will see this template on the Content Template field in E-mail Campaign creation screen as below.
