Symptom

The initialization without data transfer (simulation) doesn't work as expected:

  1. The entry in table ROOSGENDLM is not deleted after deleting the simulation (initialization without data transfer) request
  2. Field DELTAID is not updated to the new timestamp after a new simulation run
