2767021 - How to get a list of all scheduled jobs in the instance

• How do I get a list of all the scheduled jobs running in the instance?
• I'd like to know if some specific job is running within my instance;
• What are the scheduled jobs currently running in my instance?

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The scheduled jobs are hosted in the Provisioning application of SuccessFactors instances. This way, only people who have access to Provisioning (Implementation Partners and Support Engineers) use to be able to access it. However, since the 2H 2022 release, the scheduled jobs now can be monitored in Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager. See the help guide: Managing Scheduled Jobs in Admin Center

Not all the job types are currently supported though. If you are not able to find one job type in Scheduled Job Manager, you can capture all the jobs from your instance via Data Inspector –> Table_JOB_REQUEST.

Note: If you don't have an implementation partner or access to Provisioning, kindly create a support case so SAP Support can help make sure that the "Disable OData API" is unchecked in Provisioning as part of enabling the feature "Data Inspector".
