  • /irj/portal is not accessible. It throws "500 Connection Timed Out" error.
  • All other Java pages like /nwa, /useradmin work fine.
  • Thread dump analysis do not show any hanging/deadlocked threads.
  • Default traces(location: /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/j2ee/cluster/serverX/log) has the error :timed out while trying to get the locks for operation [startApp :] Has been waiting for exclusive lock for the node [], which is held exclusively for [startApp :] by Deploy Parallel Start Thread 1
