2767115 - ITSM incident status not changed after it is updated from SAP

Symptom

Incident is updated by Job SM:REFRESH MESSAGE STATUS(report AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP) from SAP.
The SAP status in Assignment block "SAP Collaboration" is changed to "Customer Action",
however the SAP Solution Manager incident status still remains "Sent to SAP" ,It should be changed to "In Process".
