2767132 - The country picklist on the career site and add candidate function is blank - Recruiting Management

When creating an account as an external candidate on the career site or manually adding a candidate as recruiter, no values are displayed in the Country of Residence field.

1. Open the external career site
2. Click "Create Account" and check the field Country of Residence - no values in Country of Residence drop down.

The standard country field is not configured in the Candidate Profile template.

It is mandatory to have the 'country' standard field defined in the Candidate Profile Template and it should be associated to the standard country picklist, which is the 'country' one as well:

This picklist should be active and have picklist label setup for the countries in English US (en_US) language, and also in case you are working with picklist center, make sure the Legacy Picklist Id is the correct one as well:
