With some languages, the email preview is not displayed correctly in Command Center.

Some characters in different languages can create problems in the email preview in Command Center

While the preview is showing some problem, the actual email is being sent with the proper format and information.

This is a known issue and since it's only affecting the preview email on a feature that will be modified in the near future, Product Management has decided not to fix it for now.
