SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
- TOTAL data in ST03 / ST03N is not up-to-date. It stopped being updated after a particular date.
- Each Instance data is up-to-date and appears to be working. Only TOTAL is not being updated.
- However, the data for each Instance goes back for many days, weeks and months. It goes back much farther than the default setting (usually 14 days, 6 weeks and 3 months).
