Skillsoft connector failed due to the following error:

Reproducing the Issue



   

In this scenario, the skillsoft connector runs on a monthly basis, the last run then failed.


To view the error, go to System Admin > Connectors > Skillsoft Connector > View Errors:

Cause



   

    

  • There is another environment with the same connector configuration in the instance.
    • 

  • There is a conflict in the connector for both environments.
    • 








Resolution



   

    

  1. Review the connector configuration. [System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > Connectors]
    2. 

  2. Deactivate the skillsoft connector where the environment is not required.
    3. 

  3. Rerun the skillsoft connector in the environment where it should be processing.
    4.
