2767398 - Keep existing licenses during system rename

Symptom

During the system rename procedure, the Software Provisioning Manager asks for descision on "Keep existing licenses".

 - Select Keep Existing Licenses if both SAP system ID and the message server host - that is the host of the ASCS or SCS instance stay the same and you want to keep all licenses.

 - If you do not select Keep Existing Licenses, all licenses are deleted and a new temporary license is imported.
