  • You are running SAP Contact Center Feature Pack 13 (FP13) and lower
  • Running the Infrastructure Administrator (IA) and/or the System Configurator (SC) is/are experiences many generic issues
  • These versions only support Java 32bit versions based on the ICL (Compatibility List)
