Symptom

When trying to add or activate Odata services in transaction /n/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE in configuring app Project Cost Report, two of the required CDS views "C_COMPANYCODEVALUEHELP_CDS" and "C_SEMANTICTAGVALUEHELP_CDS" are missing from the system.
