Same error is obtained while attempting to Access Recruiting Posting from within Bizx:

1. Go to admin center 
2. Select Manage Recruiting Posting 
3. Error message 

1. Open Recruiting
2. Select Job Postings
3. Click on Post Job under Job Board Posting - Recruiting Posting
4. Error message

Even though the Provisioning settings for Recruiting Posting Assertion Consumer Service are correct for Recruiting Posting, another URL for a different product in the section contains incorrect syntax, which causes the error.

When checking the configuration, care should be taken to also check the URLs populated for other products in the section for syntax issues.
