Symptom

The following error appears from any SAP traces.

***LOG Q0I=> NiPConnect2: <host>:<port>: connect (113: No route to host)

The same message appears when performing a test using the "telnet" (or other) tool at operating system level:

> telnet <host> <port>
Trying <IP address>...
telnet: connect to address <IP address>: No route to host
